Hairstylist & Makeup Artist

Kenna is hairstylist and makeup artist with an impressive resume, incredible experience and a great passion for her craft. She is currently living in Calgary but can be found in the mountains as often as possible as she loves skiing, mountain biking and enjoying the beauty of the Rockies.

Kenna discovered her love of beauty and art at a young age, but truly began her journey into the industry when she achieved her diploma in makeup from Blanche MacDonald (Vancouver) in 2009. Upon graduating, Kenna went on to do makeup for tv, film, print and weddings in Vancouver, London and Calgary. 

As Kenna worked on her craft and developed her skill as a makeup artist she decided it was time to expand her resume by attending hair school at the Aveda Institute in Calgary. This has allowed her a unique set of skills and the ability to offer full services to brides. She is currently completing her hair apprenticeship at Hedkandi Salon in Calgary.

Traveling has been an important part of Kenna’s life and she has been lucky enough to visit Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Africa and most of Europe, as she lived in England for two years. Her love of travel and meeting new people is what drew her to working with brides and in the wedding industry as she loves interacting with people, making them feel beautiful and being a positive part of one of the most important days of their life.
